Kaaper is the result of bringing together long and wide experience in translation and localization of each and every one of the members of our team. During the development of our professional careers, we have earned the technical knowledge which is essential for performing our everyday job. However, we have also acquired a background in designing customised workflows, organising and prioritising tasks, developing contingency plans, and all various aspects in relation to our position as a communication service provider in the information technology field.

By relying on this experience, we have been able to design and implement optimised work systems and communication schemes; this different approach will undoubtely bring more peace of mind and confidence to our customers.

We are aware that anyone outsourcing any job expects to know who to address in case a question arises; but we have also learnt that, far too often, bureaucracy is one of the highest obstacles for promptness, efficiency and dynamism.
